hey run, I decided that i would use some laxatives to clean out my intestines. Then i'd take some supplements like lactobaccillus, chlorophyll, and zinc tabs. I hope it works.

Nope, I have not ever done a body cleanse. I think it's worth a try though, I think one member on this board has some luck with it. Let me know how it goes please. Thanks.

» hadenuff3 - New Year

So has every one cleaned? Was just wondering what has gone on I have not been on this site for quite a while. I've been trying different things same old results-work for a while then quits. Right now the thing that seems to be working for me is to go back to basics. I've gone to drinking 3 small glasses of cranberry juice a day (I'm sure you could take the pills) but I have time to drink the juice. The next thing I have done is quit useing deodorant soap on my underarms. I use it all over and then go back and wash with Ivory soap original (on my underarms)and then use my deodorant. It just seems like all of the deodorants were working against each other. I'm able to not smell anything for up to 10 hrs so I'm happy with this.
Will check back in to see what others have found.

I want to let every one know that I wish you would try useing Cranberry Juice to detox your system. Not only is it benifical with antioxidents but it has totaly help with my odor! Check out any site about it. It cleanses the liver, bladder, helps with a lot of things. It doesn't cost that much. It took a good week of drinking some every day and I still get a small 4 oz glass drank everyday. I'll tell you this for me to get to the point of no odor! I would have never thought possible.

Thanks for the tip, I will try it. By the way, everyone try "Almay Roll-On Fragrance Free Antiperpsirant/Deodorant", I've been using it for 5 days so far and no odor. Hopefully it will continue working.

im so glad i found a post about nasty b.o.... its so emabarassing! ive had extremely horrible odor and excessive sweating from my underarms for about the past year. its seems to be getting worse and its so embarrasing. im a hair stylist so my pits are constantly in peoples faces. one thing i have found works to a degree is getting your arm-pits waxed at a salon. costs between 20-35 it does suck to have to let it grow for about 10 days, but it is so worth it... it doesnt make the odor go completely away but it really seems to reduce it. it also over time makes your hair follicles disappear, once you get waxed and the follicle bleeds the hair will never grow back, thats why if you over-pluck your eyebrows you get patches where it doesnt grow back. i have tried everything on the shelf, stuff works for about 3 days then after that my body is immune to it. we need to find a cure for this! has anyone tried detox? let me know!
